Power Pipeline: Connecting our Members with our Power Up Program

Helping students find great roles and helping our members find great talent

The Power Pipeline is API's easy, member focused way to promote graduate, intern, vacation, and casual job opportunities directly to students in the Power Up Program and our PowerUP Scholarship community.

It gives members a simple path to reach motivated students who already have an interest in power engineering and want to kickstart their career with an API member organisation.

This happens two ways:

  • Accessing the Power Pipeline list of undergrads who are passionate and eager to work for your company.

  • Advertising your early career opportunities to the Power Up Program Participants twice a year.

Who can use it and why this matters

The Power Pipeline is available to all API Member Organisations. The purpose of the Power Pipeline is to maximise the number of Power Up participants and scholarship students who step into roles with our member organisations. It supports the national workforce pipeline by connecting students with real opportunities at the right time.

How it works

Graduate Program and Career Team Staff at our Member organisations will receive an invitation from the API twice yearly with details on how to complete the submission form. If you believe you should have received this email from us (and haven't), you can submit your EOI below.

You will be required to provide us with information on the available role (either graduate, vacation, internship or casual position) and this will be promoted in our twice-annually special edition Power Up Program eNewsletter to our (over 2000+) student community.

Once your form is received your role will be included in the next Power Pipeline eNewsletter or shared via social media (depending on your chosen option). You will receive a copy of the EDM once released
