Norike Ganhao is an experienced senior executive with a strong background in strategy, business transformation, systems thinking and power system engineering.

With experience leading business-wide change, establishing new functions and guiding diverse teams, Norike brings a unique combination of technical, commercial and strategic capability. Her strengths lie in connecting engineering and business systems expertise with creative and innovative thinking to generate insights, challenge assumptions and help others see new possibilities.

Norike is passionate about supporting people to understand and apply their individual strengths, enabling them to contribute to their full potential and build stronger, more effective teams.

In her current role, Norike is leading the development of Powerlink’s next strategy, helping define the organisation’s role in a changing energy landscape, set future aspirations and identify how Powerlink can continue to deliver for its customers. She also led the development of Powerlink’s COVID-19 recovery strategy, ensuring the organisation could navigate the pandemic, remain resilient across a range of scenarios and embed this thinking into ongoing operations.

Norike holds graduate degrees in engineering and accounting, with further development in leadership, strategy, business systems and innovation.
