Over two decades in the sector, I have led regulatory resets, organisational restructuring and multi-year capital portfolio optimisation in complex and politically sensitive environments. My focus is aligning infrastructure investment with evolving customer value propositions, distributed energy growth and policy reform — balancing affordability, reliability and decarbonisation while maintaining strong regulatory and community legitimacy.
