Each module begins with a virtual workshop followed by self-directed learning and practical application activities (approximately two-hours of study per week).

WHY JOIN THE PROGRAM?

• Customises learning outcomes, case studies, and guest speakers to the power and renewable energy industries.

• Uses best-practice education approaches including applied learning techniques for on-the-job skills development.

• Learning outcomes align to industry standards of practice and pursuing future credentials such as Chartered status.

• Includes complimentary Engineers Australia Graduate Membership for the duration of the program.

• Teaches graduates to manage their own professional development and performance improvement through guided feedback activities.

• Provides opportunities for graduates to document and showcase their progress and application of new skills to their work.
