In a world where energy is the cornerstone of progress, the power industry offers me the chance to be at the forefront of innovation, driving towards cleaner, more efficient, and equitable energy solutions.

Who am I

I am a second year renewable energy engineering student studying at the University of New South Wales. I moved there from Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains. With the heart of the Snowy Scheme in my backyard and many people living off grid, I learnt pretty quickly the importance of power but also the inequality of its distribution that still exists. My interest are quite broad from drawing, to teaching and playing any sports.

Why I chose a career in power

I am drawn to the power industry because it offers a unique opportunity to tackle some of the most pressing challenges facing our world today, from climate change to energy access. By working in this dynamic field, I can contribute to building a more sustainable future, where clean and reliable energy is accessible to all.

Where it all started

I studied Renewable Energy Engineering and I also work as a Sailing instructor and Swimming Instructor.

My work experience.
What's next?

Studying at University and living on Campus in a College. In this dynamic field, every challenge is an opportunity to innovate, every project a chance to make a difference in people's lives. Through my career in the power industry, I aim to contribute to a brighter, more sustainable tomorrow, where energy is not just a commodity, but a force for positive transformation.
